First Infrastructure LLC is a consulting and advisory firm dedicated to creating effective development finance programs for a wide range of alternative energy and energy efficiency, economic development, and infrastructure projects.

Our private sector clients come from an extensive array of industries, including energy companies, real estate developers, and investment banks, for whom we provide strategic consultation, technical assistance as well as project management for the design and implementation of financings, from initial conception through closing. 

Not-for-profit clients include dedicated impact investment funds, foundations, and public-private collaborations targeting specific policy objectives.  We manage significant assets in the impact space and have created a positive track record for meeting both financial and impact return objectives.

Public sector clients include development finance and economic development organizations at the federal, state and local levels. We advise in the design of new development finance programs, evaluation and fine-tuning of existing programs to achieve desired policy goals.
